主讲人介绍：丁惠生，江南大学教授。主要从事泛函分析和概周期函数的理论与应用的研究，近年来，在JFA、CVPDE、JDE、中国科学等期刊发表论文80余篇，主持了5项国家自然科学基金、1项教育部重点项目，获省自然科学奖二等奖1项，担任了中国数学会理事、国家自然科学奖同行评议专家、江西省自然科学奖和江西省自然科学基金评审委员会委员、江西省中学数学教学专业委员会理事长。

内容介绍：This talk deals with the research progress of vegetation models. The dynamical behavior and coexistence of these models are characterized by using linear and nonlinear analysis methods, which can not only reveal the internal mechanism of vegetation pattern formation, but also provide some control strategies on vegetation pattern evolution.
