Hopf Bifurcations and Integrability in Some Biochemical Models

内容介绍：We propose an approach based on the elimination theory of computational algebra  to find conditions for existence of Hopf bifurcations in polynomial systems of  ordinary differential equations. We also describe an algorithmic approach which  allows to find invariant surfaces and first integrals in such systems. Some  applications to the investigation of biochemical models are discussed.
